Proviso Leyden Council for Community Action (PLCCA) obtained billboard advertising in Forest Park visible from the Eisenhower and the Blue Line.

What does this to do with anything? PLCCA only needs to promote this event to provide pensions for Porter and his daughters. They help themselves first.

Libka and Welch will be there spending the district's money. Chuck Gody needs to report Welch and Libka stealing from the district. Libka stole $9,000 from the district and now wants to partake in this golf outing on taxpayers dollars. He needs to go and learn how to become an effective leader and educator. Libka will be reported to the state for his misappropriations of MONEY.

Man, my girl went to this event- (a free ticket-they was plentiful) the food was for shit! $450 per person Porter ought to be ashamed of himself.
