OPEN, what's on your mind?
I've got a few things on my mind, but the muse has not been there.
What's on your mind? What subjects do you want to read about on Proviso Probe?
BTW, what do you see as the lessons of Tuesday's election?

Andolino had the support of all the big machine guys like Danny Davis, Jim DeLeo, Don Harmon, and his patron Alderman Banks, but he still lost the election to the more qualified Mary Roberts. It shows that sometimes voters do read the Bar Assn reviews.

What now happens after the landslide victory of Yarbrough over the down low gangstas,Moore and Welch!
My gosh, she won two postions in landslide manner, without even a pulse from Welch and Moore! Moore and Welch thought they would benifit from having Lightfoot's endorsment, which did not help, and shows that Lightfoot is in trouble, because she supported those two corrupt crooks!
I wonder if there will be a lynching party for Welch,Adams,Henry and Matlock at 209? Also what happens to those two rats,Sloan and Cross?
I heard Welch was so trounced, that not only did he loose Hillside to Mrs. Yarbrough, but even loss his own precintict!!!
But he also lost every precint in the district! Also he onlt recieved 6 votes out of Westchester, after he was endorsed by Sloan, also Moore lost Westchester at a 10 to 1 ratio, maybe they lost it because Sloan ran there campaign in Westchester and was paid to get the vote out! Ouch, I guess Sloan did what he normally does, takes the money and runs, and it shows by the vote total!

Those results are only for Suburban Cook County. There's a little city called Chicago whose votes were in Stroger's favor especially in the African-American wards on the South and West side of the city.

And lots of us put her on our sample ballots because of the various bar association/newspaper reccomendations. I never met the guy who has now lost twice but on that brutal freezing election day he stopped at my precincts (5th and St. Charles) and was very, very upset that my gold sample ballot had Ms. Roberts. Too bad Mr. Andolino, try again and if you get reccomended by the goo goos, then I will support you, if you get reccomended by the bad, bads (Banks, etc) then you are still a NO NO.

Dear Carl,
Please respond to this!
Why does Memorial Park District have a police department. Is it the only one in the State? What action if any can the people take to get rid of it.What does the park districtpolice officer do during the winter months. Why are the children not allowed to use the new facility on Washington. Should the facility be mainly used by the children instead of some 40 and over person trying to regain their youthful body. Why does Bellwood children have to run to Hillside (Eisenhower) facility to play. Do you know Bellwood is the largest tax body in the park district and they *Bellwood) does not have use of the new facility. Do you fell Carl they are just using that new facility for financial gain and the hell with the kids. What is up with the new park renovation on Washington. Do you know that our youth baseball program have to go to hillside this year and play. Hey Carl, why don't you address this, because it is time for these so-call in the best interest of the community politician ripping off our town. What they are doing is worse than stealing. If you want to meet with me or talk let me know. It seems that you let to fight injustice - LET me Know.
