more info on cyber-bullying
Last Saturday Arnie Bryant discussed cyber-bullying on "Viewpoints From the Other Side". Wikipedia has some 411. The Wikipedia article points to cnet news.com (Declan McCullagh) and Slashdot.org.
The question I had was, what makes this different that existing law? The law allows U.S. attorneys to prosecute vaguely defined acts by people acting anonymously online according to the articles.
I poked around in the legislation but did not see the term "annoy" or "annoying". See Thomas and search for HR 3402 in the 109th Congress.
