MEDIA, Nyberg to host "Viewpoints"
Today at 2:00 PM I will host "Viewpoints From the Other Side" on 1530 AM.
I’ll talk about some local school issues.
I’ll probably talk about the Illinois Senate Democrats selling-out homeowners and renters so Emil Jones can raise a bunch of money from Commonwealth Edison and other electric companies.
And I’ll try to set aside some time for open mic. What’s on your mind?

Well insider I guess since you erased my last message, I will post it on the Probe so people can see what you just deleted.
I have a couple of questions, about politcal things done in school district #209. My first question is if Stan Fields is saying everything that Chris Welch and the Board Majority said were right, why is it that when I talk about the lawsuit involving Chris Welch and Melrose Park Mayor Ron Sepico, you erased my comments. Well, what voters need to recall is paying 3 millions dollars for a political lawsuit that involved District #209 Board President Chris Welch and Melrose Park Mayor Ron Serpico using politcal tactics to fire an District #209 employee. Why did District #209 under Chris Welch leadership pay 1 million in fines for Melrose Park Ron Serpico? (2) What ties does Melrose Park Mayor have with Chris Welch in Proviso High Schools? (3) Why did we (Proviso Taxpayers) pay and additional 2 million dollars for Chris Welch for being a political hack for Melrose Mayor Ron Serpico? (4) Are we still moving in the right direction, Stan?

Here's the fact at hand, Welch was not the Chairman of the board at the time of the firing
Theresa Kelly was....

I will continue to post on your website and Proviso Probe Website the truth. So Proviso Insider If you choose to delete it, that will be up to you, but how can what I say be false, in that we paid out millions of dollars in a lawsuit for (District #209 Board President)Chris Welch and Melrose Park Ron Serpico for political actions of a district #209 employee, and it was proven in a court of law?

Stan Fields needs to be removed from 209. Fields has no expwerience and is not capapble of running a Magnet School as well as running a school with 95% minority students.
Fields is rude and obnoxsios to parents, staff and board members and needs to be exposed to the state and the media. Fields must go!

If that is a fact that Kelly was Board President, why was the lawsuit against Chris Welch and Melrose Park Mayor Ron Serpico, and they where found guilty in a court of law! So you mean to tell that the lawyers got found found guilty of making political decisions concerning employment at School District #209 and it was proven in a court of law, YES!

The lawsuit wasn't against Chris Welch, it was against 209 and specifically greg jackson
http://mesh.medill.northwestern.edu/mnschicago/archives/2004/05/jury_awarded_14.html
The mayor of Melrose Park and the school board and superintendent of Proviso East High School plan to appeal a verdict that would force them to pay a combined $1.4 million to a former school employee who claims his firing was an act of political retaliation.
A federal jury Monday found that Mayor Ronald Serpico and Superintendent Gregory Jackson conspired to fire Gino Trombetta from his job as the high school's building manager in 2002. The jury awarded Trombetta punitive damages of $1 million from Serpico and $250,000 from Jackson.
The jury also awarded Trombetta $63,000 in lost wages and $75,000 for emotional pain in deciding that School District 209 violated Trombetta's 1st Amendment rights by firing him.

Pamela says: thank god the truth will set you free knows the truth! The lawsuit did indeed happen when Kelly was pres. as did other lawsuits over her special basketball coach Chris Head. Dist. 209 did not pay for Serpico's part of the deal, but the board voted to cover Jackson's expenses.
Proviso parent, you must be new to dist. 209. Melrose Park has been controlling things at 209 for a long time. They continue to do so from afar Heck, Danny Coglianese still signs Dist. 209 payroll checks!

Ok stop it, the lawsuit was against Chris Welch and Ron Serpico. Why would you sit there and lie. What ties did Serpico have with Greg Jackson? Even a blind man can see that Chris Welch and Ron Serpico conspired to fire Gino. Ok, heres another question, Why would Chris Welch and the board majority, agree to pay fines for Melrose Park Mayor Ron Serpico. Oh I forgot, isnt Mayor Ron Serpico one of the only Mayor's in Proviso Township that supported Chris Welch in is campaign against Karen Yarbrough, for State Rep? And please dont let us have to post the transcrips cause it there you will see Chris Welch named numerous times as a gulity party.

Carl follow your own instructions and stop deleting the truth, how can you talk about copyright laws when an article is cited by its author? What are you talking about? How can we discuss stuff when your deleting it? You what was trying to be said about the lawsuit, you talked about it yourself, whats the deal?
