EVENT, prostitution documentary at Maywood Library

Turning a Corner (pdf order form) is a one-hour documentary on prostitution in Chicago made by Beyondmedia.

It will be screened at the Maywood Public Library, Wednesday, May 24, at 6:30 PM.

  • It seems that Welch got what he wanted:people to concentrate on him and just him. There has been many issues posted on this blog and yet everyone seems to always talk about Welch.
    Coincidence? I don't think so. Is obvious that he is the center of attention; regardless if the publicity is good or bad, Welch takes the cake, since everyone talks about him.
    Why not instead of blaming him for everything under the sun, do people actually get together and work to better some of those issues? Many of you say not to be scared of him, or that he is nobody, that he has no power, yet you guys keep focusing on him by only saying crap, but doing nothing to change things. Talk is cheap.
    Like I said, must be nice to be on everyones mind!
