ED, community forum for new superintendent [D209]
What: Proviso Township High Schools District 209 Board of Education will host a Community Forum. This forum is an information exchange to assist with the nationwide search for a highly qualified Superintendent of Schools. District 209 invites you to come and meet with school officials to share your ideas and concerns, too. Light refreshments will be served.
Who: District 209 officials along with the consulting firm the Bickert Group will be on hand to answer questions.
When: Thursday, May 18, 2006 at 7:00 p.m.
Where: Proviso Mathematics and Science Academy –Faculty Cafeteria, 8601 W. Roosevelt Road, Forest Park, IL. 60130

A reliable source tells me that Theresa Kelly asked the principal at Proviso East to change a grade of a student so that the student can graduate. The problem is, the student deserves the bad grade. Will a new Superintendent allow Theresa Kelly to behave like this and continue to travel around the globe at taxpayer expense? Will they allow her to eat at 5 star restaurants at taxpayer expense?

Here's what they will allow:
They will allow Theresa Kelly to bring back 7.5 million dollars to the township, the students and the tax payers!
As well as the numerous educational initiatives Theresa Kelly implemented.

I overheard Theresa Kelly screaming at Bob Libka at Proviso East today because she was upset that Libka leaked the information about her ordering a grade change to the media. The conversation was so loud, one of my colleagues asked them to step into her empty classroom. At one point, I heard Theresa Kelly threatened Libka. She told him, "I won't forget this Libka." Is this the same thing she did to Geno Trombetta and Mark Schneider? Is this the type of person we want back on our school board next year? I pray for the next Superintendent becaause she is a hand full.

Com'on Chris Welch, at least make your lies believable.
The media isn't interested in matters this trivial.
What may interest them is how you are taking a graduation, which is an event traditionally for students, their families and staff, and made it into a costly self-promoting citywide media event.
Let's be real, the reason Chris Welch is having this graduation at UIC is simply so he can make a speech to advance his political career.
Why would anyone spend over $20,000.00 just to have the event at UIC when you have 3 district schools to choose from?
And I haven’t even mentioned the full-page ad inviting all of Chicago and the suburbs to listen to Chris Welch speak. We’ve seen this dog and pony show before…
We will not allow Chris Welch's self-serving agenda to supercede the progression of our township.

Why is Welch spending so much money on this years graduation. It seems that he has invited the entire community to hear the speech he had planned on giving if he had won State Rep.
Wallace "The Hunchback of Proviso" scheduled the graduation at UIC without getting permission from the Board. How is she able to do so much without the Board's approval? If she is not Welch's godmother, then what is she to Welch? What is the connection? Is Welch now courting Wallace? This graduation is costing the district money that they don't have. Is Odlelson and Sterk footing the bill for the district or is Giglio and Del Galdo? Chris who is your DADDY?
