  • I'm predicting Stroger is going to lose. Claypool will get over 55% of the vote.

    Upper middle class Blacks who don't work for the county don't seem to have any love for Stroger. His numbers from Black wards and townships will be soft.

    And the ward bosses can't deliver like in the past.
