BLOG, Proviso Highlighter down

A couple people have noted that Proviso Highlighter is down.

I don't know the story, but feel free to discuss, speculate and pass along rumors.

PS Do not post under "anonymous". When you write your post select "other" and pick a pseudonym or incorporate a pseudonym into your post. If more than one person is posting as "anonymous" in a discussion it gets hard to follow.

  • In my opinion The Highlighter was removed by hacker friends of Welch or the creators of this insider blog. There was to much truth getting out, no defermation just plain down right truth about some of the many pawns and political whores in the township. This is why we still have some of these clowns in office because when a person or a venue is created to expose and dispose of them, they seem to find a way to destroy it. but we will continue to keep fighting injustice via other venues and blogs. but not the insider that produces lies and false statements about good people.

    There is a terrible rumor from that piece of sh-t blog that Supt. Rivers did not notify anyone about a dog bite on a student. the real truth is that the child got bit by the dog on the way to school , not at recess. the principal failed to notify authorities or parents. when the supt. was called to the school she made a management decission which was in the best interest of the child as the CEO of Bellwood school district 88. You people need to get a real life and get offf her case you morons

  • The Proviso Highlighter was a disgrace to the community-an absolute disgrace.

    The author was obviously an enemy of Chris Welch and supporter of Karen Yarbrough -- what representation.

    The only thing it shed light on was that DA apple don't fall far from DA tree

  • Carl,

    Do you remember back during the State Rep. election, Welch had his hackers interfere with your site. Welch can't take the heat. That site was destroying him.

    I'm glad we found out about the kickback scheme with Welch and his childhood friend. He wasted taxpayers money by paying his childhood friend's dummy decorating company millions.

    I hope the highlighter starts another site soon.

  • Carl, it's sad that you under estimate Welch the sicko. During the state rep. election, for one day only, the proviso probe came up as Welch's Proviso Truth tellers site. Or whatever that site was named. You reported later that you had a problems with your site.

  • Rumor is, Welch is going to fire a teacher at Proviso who is the suspected owner of Proviso High-lighter. Welch was behind the firing of James K. Graham at District 88 for starting a blog..."Beat him at da pole".

  • The threat of a lawsuit is complete bullshit. no bady was dammaged or lost any compensation or gained any misfourtune from the Highlighter. We all are covered by the 1st Amendment. Does the word FREE SPEACH mean anything to you all. Blogs are not real and who really cares. It was funny as a box of dicks though.
