Olamida Adeyooye remembered in music [B]

The band Park (Lobster Records) has a new album, Building a Better _____. The second track, "Mississippi Burning" is a eulogy to Olamide Adeyooye. Chris Coffey (Mammoth Press) wrote:
Next is “Mississippi Burning,” a eulogy to Olamide Adeyooye, the late girlfriend of Andy Wildrick of the Junior Varsity. She was found murdered in Mississippi, her body amidst the ashes of a burned down chicken shack. A direct, rising guitar riff at the chorus and the female vocals (an imagining of Olamide’s supernatural encouragement it seems) wash the song in ambivalent beauty. I didn’t find out the story about the song until after I had heard it: even then, the poignancy of the song and the anguish of the narrator are evident.
