Proviso Probe: ETHNICITY, immigrant amnesty march [MP]

Rev. Claudio Holzer, pastor of St. Charles Borromeo Church, in Melrose Park is supporting march from Chinatown to Speaker Dennis Hastert's office, September 1-3.

According to Chicago Tribune (Oscar Avila) the march is supported by Rainbow/PUSH and Illinois Coalition Immigrant and Refugee Rights, but neither webpage has info about the events readily available.

Yes Carl it is true, Rev. Claudio, along with other Proviso leaders,Karen Yarbrough,Dolores Tapia ,Arnie Bryant,Peter Garza,Jesse Martinez and Dr. Frank Yanez, will be spearheading this event. The NAACP,along with Rev. Jackson's group Operation Rainbow/PUSH ,Congressman Guttierrez's office,along with Illinios coalition Immigrant and refugee rights, as well as Irish immigrant coalition ,Polish coalition,Asian coaltion,and African Immigrant Coaltion will be marching.
The point is to show the speaker of the House,that everyone working together,can make our country stronger and immigrants,legal,illegal and native born are together to achieve fairness and equality for all Americans.
I'd like to thank both Rev. Claudio for his tireless work to help the people and State Rep. Yarbrough for her tireless work and 120% commitment for all immigrants.
