This is BULL! What charges did the drunk come to district 88 with (the current supt.). It sounds like they have bigger problems now with the WHINO! Let's weigh district 88 options a certified qualified supt. versus a WHINO. District 88 seems to prefer the WHINO over the safety and education of children
