CRIME, Jermiah Busby apprehended in Rockford [M]

Rockford Register Star (Chris Green) reports Busby, 20, was apprehended after attempting to flee in Rockford. He is wanted for questioning in two September homicides: Antonio Wilson and Shaun Henry.
