CRIME, investigating Christina Nowakowski disappearance [M]

For all those that have come to Proviso Probe looking for info--or sharing info--on Christina Nowakowski, aka Christina Esparza: welcome to the Proviso Probe community.

I intend to follow the story of the Nowakowski disappearance. In addition to Maywood and Paul Esparza being within my beat of Proviso Township, I have a family member that lived in Knox. I hope I can pull together some of the connections between Christina Nowakowski's life in Knox and her life in Maywood.

A number of family members have made comments on Proviso Probe.

There are a couple house rules. You have to post under your name, a pseudonym or anything but "anonymous". It makes the discussions much easier to follow. Also, no "spoofing" someone else's handle.

I want to interview Christina Nowakowski's relatives and professional acquaintances. I'd like to start on Saturday and Sunday. While the blog comments create a partial picture, I'd understand better after talking to people that know Christina Nowakowski.

  • It is amazing that all of the sudden Chris is found....The controller and abuser of women and children "PAUL" is in controll again!!!!!He did not like his

  • maybe chris dosen't want to talk to any of the fools who are dancing and juggling for paul. maybe they are all jerks and she wishes to never have anything to do with them. good for her. but in the meantime, it's good that everyone knows what kind of shit goes down over there. one out, how many more need to see the light???

  • As I was reading this story.I dont know the family But just reading what was said. I had to say something. If these statments are even real. As adults now you should see that this person Paul is mentally a sick person. Really mentally sick. As I read the remarks I feel that this is only the very tip of the iceberg. What this family lived. Knowing the truth down deep in your soul and God's Eyes. You all should be helping each other out. Make no Boundries period. I was feel sorry and helpless for the two woman and all the children invloved. All of you off springs should be supporting each other. You all need to face your soul and speak the truth to the legal sytems. This man is mentally sick and a crimnal for what he has done and is doing! Stop among yourselves the beckering! Help each other out. AND PUT THIS MENTALLY SICK PERSON AWAY. I pray to God that you all realize that you need to make mends with yourselef, each other and God. You all need to get help as well. Christina ask for protectation fron another state. Go there. Most of I pray that Christina is alive and well and will let someone know she is well and safe from this family. She should go to the police in another State and tell them the real truth. Save yourself and if you can the children. My Prayer's

    Chris being a member of my family...I thank you for your kind words and prayers. I am among one concerned relative that still does not know her whereabouts and hope she is FINALLY safe from this MAN. I only hope that law enforcement realizes what is all involved here.

  • As I understand the case detective Ron Lawson is no longer investigating because he has been contacted by Christina Nowakowski indirectly.

    I assume--but don't know--that domestic violence shelters and law enforcement have established procedures for handling cases like this.

    I will check on this Monday.

  • first off all of you need too shut the fuck up because seriously you guys have no clues whats goin on here....Paul would never do that too his wife, i kno because i would spend a lot of time at their house. And Tammy is a very good mother and she cares for her kids more then anything else in the world....soo if you guys dont kno what ur talkin about and sayin that this family is "messed up" then you guys should just not have anything too do with this shit and stop postin stuff on here because ur just gettin more involved....damn seriously stop startin shit, this shit is serious and ur all lyin about it....NOT KOOL!!!!

  • I called a domestic violence shelter and described the situation of a third party calling the detective to say that the abused partner is safe. The counselor said it sounded "sketchy".
