details of Welch suit against Odelson and Sterk
Proviso Insider (Chris Welch*) has posted the details of Welch's suit against Burt Odelson and Mark Sterk.
* I'm going to assume that Proviso Insider is Emanuel "Chris" Welch on matters pertaining directly to Welch. Emily Robinson and perhaps others post as Proviso Insider, but I think they are mostly working on behalf of Welch.

Proviso Insider seems to be missing a posting concerning O&S along with four comments. That was probably a good move. Ms. Robinson would have good reasons not to write any more postings for the Proviso Insider.

Wow! Welch's lawsuit seems to put it all out there. Did O&S really pressure Roche to fire Welch because Welch didn't protect them in Proviso? Are you going to follow this story Carl? I have to imagine Welch has proof to support the allegations he's making against O&S. Please keep an eye on this Carl.

Does it remind you of Chris HeAD? Could it be that all Marshall people think the holiday tournaments are to line their own pockets? BTW, I wonder how much of Proviso's tournament money has been siphoned off over the years? 209 sure seems to have money for things that are important to them (like Welch's legal bills), but they never seem to have enough for education.
