BUSINESS, AT&T wants to compete with Comcast like in Bellwood [BW]
Bellwood is one of three Illinois communities to allow AT&T to sell video services that compete with cable (Comcast). AT&T is trying to get into more communities. See Daily Herald (Anna Marie Kukec).
BTW, I checked and I didn't see a contribution to the Bellwood First Party from AT&T.

Are you suggesting that there was a quid pro quo where Pasquale did AT&T a favor but asked AT&T to give the money to Yarbrough so that Pasquale could bank a favor with Yarbrough?
Taking money for a political committee isn't wrong in our system. Taking money in exchange for doing a favor is.
AT&T has given in excess of 1,000 contributions in Illinois politics so I didn't consider each one of them.
