Today District 209 held a press conference for the new sign at PMSA. Did anybody go?
Also, tonight's board meeting will interview superintendent candidates.

When will Yarbrough, along with the Mayors of Proviso stand up to Welch and Libbka and tell them to stop there antics, and to stop the public barrage of worthless propaganda, and start spending time,money and energy in educating the Children????

Lightford is the most useless hack,welfare queen in politics today! She should consider filling in the gap between her teeth, because she can't help it that she can't fill that large empty area between her ears!

If these people are put on blast for the world to see...then maybe they will decide to do the right thing and actually do meaningful work with the community in mind...
Lightford and Welch's records will follow them through out their political careers...and rightfully so!

To State Senator Lightford,
Can you please outline what you believe is the problems for the failings schools in your district, specifically in your own home town of Maywood,such as district 89 and 209 ? Also add in what the problem is at district 88?????
Also what commen sense solution do you have to help remediate those problems in our district??/
Do you agree that we should have a CEO of education(Libbka) and not a qualifies superindent? What's your taske on hiring individuals with previous arrest records to work in schools??? Do think it's to little for the taxpayers to spend over $14,000 per pupil in 209?? What role should school boards have in dictating school issues....Hiring employees(such as janitors) ?
Do you think the current board majority at 88,89 and 209 have done a good job or a bad job, and why??
Please respond,because all of maywood and proviso want to hear your take on the situation, since you are the head of the Senate on education!

I am still waiting for Lightford's response. I guess she has no reponse!I guess she thinks 209,89 and 88 are running just fine, by her no reponse she says it all!

It's not reasonable to expect a public official to respond to a question on Proviso Probe unless s/he is participating in the particular discussion in question.
I invite you to make written queries of Sen. Lightford and other officials. If you send me a copy and the subject seems newsworthy and the questions respectful, I may post them to Proviso Probe to help raise the issues publicly.
