ETHNICITY, Donnie,Chris and Brie rants about ethnicity

If D, C & B reads this I have a few questions.

1. What is the definition of "White"? How has it changed over time? Are Catholics "White"? What about Muslims? Jews? Arabs? Chinese?
2. What do you see as evidence that there are racial battles across America? What is the evidence these battles are getting worse?
3. What about the Constitution makes it a "White" Christian document? How would it be different if Jews, atheists, deists, Blacks, Mexicans and Chinese participated in writing it?
4. What is the evidence non-"Whites" are going to reject the Constitution? Aside from the Bush administration and its supporters, who has been pushing to ignore or repeal portions of the Constitution?
5. Do you read Proviso Probe? In the discussions about Disrict 209's shortcomings as a school district, has anybody said anything that sounds like "blame Whitey"?
6. What is your evidence that government serves to transfer wealth from "White" taxpayers to non-"White" communities? To what extent is this any different that what all societies do to tax the wealthy to pay for certain charity of social services for the poor?
7. Can you remotely paint a scenario where the Nation of Islam or similar organization took over the U.S. government and enslaved "Whites"? How is this scenario not evidence that you are regurgitating the rhetoric of a crackpot?
8. Cops continue to abuse and violate the rights of citizens, especially ethnic minorities. Should Blacks, Latinos and Arabs enjoy the protections of the Constitution?
9. Are you saying that Whites, Blacks and Latinos could work together more effectively to overthrow the corrupt federal government if U.S. society was segregated?
10. What is your evidence that Black on "White" crime is increasing? Most Blacks in prison are there for Black-on-Black crime, victimless crime or erroneous prosecution. BTW, isn't violent crime down?
11. How is "racial equality" causing the deterioration of civilization? What do you propose as an alternative to "racial equality"? And would it be consistent with the Constitution?

  • I've read a lot on the probe but this is just astounding. I don't think I've ever read such a racist post. The fact that you even took the time to copy and paste the comment from D, C, and B without researching it is amazing. And then the fact that it came from possibly the largest white supremacy group in the U.S.?!?! Wow... Wow... I never thought I would see the probe go that far. The questions that are being asked of the comment are all extremely race related and, while a few of them may be valid and bring up important points, the fact that the comment was given any recognition gives it a validity that it definately does not deserve. This makes me question the intent of the probe and the motives behind the author.

  • When I read this racist tract today, I was deeply concerned for the Sanity of Carl Nyberg

    Now All I can Saw is wow.

    His absolute vindictivness and willingness to tear people down was troubling before

    The fact that He is willing to parrot racist tracts is extremly troubling

    I am concerned for the sanity of Carl Nyberg

    Unfortunate for me to say, this may speak to the caliber and character.

    I must sit back and wonder, what color is his rainbow.

    I do not believe he sees all colors.

    I know for a fact from reading his prose on Daily Kos that he is not the most popular individual on there, which is why he has most likely placed his empahsis here.

    This tract is purely racist and representative of the Type of rhetoric that the Ku Klux Klan and other white supremicist sites bring forward..

    The Only thing that I can do is to ask Mr. Nyberg to resign from the Forest Park Review. I don't think their editorial Leadership would appreciate the type of rheteroic that he brings forward in this post

    I also invite the Leadership of the NAACP, including Arnie Bryant, who frequently has Mr. Nyberg guest host his show to repudiate his actions and to never have him on that slot again.

    This type of Tripe is not needed in our community and may be indictative of the cold black heart that Mr. Nyberg possess's

    You have always stated that the Township can't go black or hispanic because"you know us(whites)will keep those people divided and fighting each other"!
    You voted against assistng with Township money a hispanic youth soccer league because of your blatant racism, and now to stoop as low as possible to create hatred between all the Proviso residents(white,black and hispanics).
    Your hate for Dr. Yanez is legendary because you can't stand to be a uneducated ,stealing overtime honkey with a nickel and he is an educated hispanic.
    Sloan what you need is a job, not the job you have of stealing from the taxpayers of Westchester and Broadview as a water meter reader, and now stealing from all the taxpayers of Proviso as a trustee!

  • once again... I am simply astounded that this is posted on the probe. Personally, I don't care who the original poster is or isn't. I don't care who posts under another name or who pretends to be someone else. What I am thoroughly disappointed in is the fact that it was posted on the probe, period, end of story. The moderator of the blog has the right to remove any post they feel is inappropriate. Given, I am a firm believer in free speech, and I wouldn't necessarily say that the comment should be retracted. However, I do believe that the moderator of the probe should have retaracted this post. It is completely over the line and I cannot believe that it is tolerated.

  • I have to agree with these other posters, Carl. Why do you have to display this racist diatribe and try to incite the masses here like this is how the majority of white people think? A wise man made this whole racism issue clear to me a long time ago in college (yes, Carl, some other people here are educated too, whether on the streets or in school). This guy said to me, "You're either part of the solution or part of the problem. There is no in between." Carl, you may think you're part of the solution with your constant insinuations about White America. You really don't speak for America, either white or black. You just try to throw your controvery out there and see what sticks. This sensationalism has been done before. Maybe instead of bitching and moaning about all that is evil in America, you can try to bridge the gap, suggest some ideas that can bring us closer. That would seem to show that you're part of the solution. Or does is make you happier by poking around and finding reasons why we're still so horrible and racist, and telling everyone that instead of working together we have to keep fighting each other? Carl, we've seen your type before. You're not as clever as you think. Maybe try to look at every perspective on an issue and realize that there is a middle ground somewhere. I really believe that most people will respond to practical ideas rather than the extremism that you continue to promote.

  • Today all residents of Proviso Township should demand that our Mayors and elected officials,Karen Yarbrough,Eugene Moore and Lightford, along with others, demand the immediate resignation of Township Trustee Don Sloan.
    Mr. Sloan has again crossed the line, but this time we should not allow him to go unpunished.
    In the past Mr. Sloan has been able to avoid recriminations for his actions, such as attack personally other elected officials on the radio.
    First he incessantly attacked Township Supervisor Kathy Ryan and her husband and no one did anything. Next time he attacked Cook County Commissioner Tony Peraica and no one did anything,He also attacked on the radio The Mayor of Bellwood and Broadview and the supervisor of the Bellwood Park District and no one did anything.And most recently he also attacked and viciously spewed innuendos on the State Representitive and Democratic Committeewomen Karen Yarbrough and her Husband the Mayor of Maywood and no one did anything.
    This time with his hateful and racist comments on this blog about "whie Supremecy", he has crossed the line! How could the Mayors work this person? How could the other Township Trustees and Supervisor work with this person??How can the voters of this township,which is over 60% minority work or trust him to look out for us???
    Well no one could trust him and now we must see what our elected officials are made off and if the tolerate this behavior.Ozzie Guillen was fined and sent to sensitivty training for his recent remarks about gays.Jimmy the Greek lost his job about his remarks.But Don Sloan,Township trustee of Proviso gets to keep his job and continues making $600 a month, and goes unpunished???
    I expect the Mayors of Proviso at there next municipal league dinner to sit down and discuss this matter with all seriousness and make the right decision to make him resign, since he was elcted with the backing of the proviso mayors.Rep. Yarbrough should also advocate for his replacement as well as the other elcted officials from our Township.
    Hate and racism has no place in Proviso!! Sloan must Go!!!

    Last I checked the Mayor of Bellwood and the Park District Executive Director are both white(and both are being sued by a number of African Americans for civil rights violations). So, what's racist about a white guy attacking white dictators who run a black town? And when did it become cause for impeachment for an elected official to have an opinion?

  • To Steven, anyone who has spoken with Sloan knows what his views are about blacks and hispanics....it's borderline KKK material.The writing about a race war is vintage Sloan without his medication and his rantings are so known that he can't fool us.
    To Tired, typical of a broke back negro like your self to cover and protect Mr. Sloan.It seems to me that your afraid to say what he says in public because it is you who is probably more dangerous than Sloan, because Sloan is brave enough to say it, you just agree with him silently.Sloan could care less about blacks in Bellwood or Broadview and what you call "White dictators", all he is worried about is making a buck from those towns, and when those so called white mayors kicked him out he ranted and raved about them.Read what he wrote and you will understand what he thinks of you and are our people!
