They should discuss the Proviso Township services and what a mess it is! They should also discuss the Provio's Township Mental health commission, since no one on the board has any medical expertise, or mental health expertise, as well as the director and her employees, and why don't they look for a highly qualified physician to change mental health services in Proviso!

Frank Yanez is bitter with Sloan because he wants a spot on mental health, and Sloan won't go for it. Yanez can't even pass the medical boards, but wants to be entrusted to care for the Township's mentally ill. Keep up the fight Sloan.

Today, on the show let's discuss Libka's coward way of handling Welch. Libka puts on this fake mask of being such a "holy roller", but he has lied during board meetings, to the media, and to the community. He is either a compulsive liar or just really DUMB. I have heard people call him "SPONGE BOB" (like the cartoon character). Is this what people really equate Bob Libka to, a child's cartoon character? Where is his backbone? And what exactly are the responsibilities of a "CEO"? Why is Libka making more money than Murphy, and she is the Supt.? Murphy has a discrimination suit against Proviso for race and gender. A white man making more money than her and he is not qualified! According to the state, they only recognize Murphy as the Supt. of Proviso. Does anyone else see the logic in that. Murphy are you okay with that? When something goes down they will only come for you. You are the Supt., not Libka. Libka is just the Puppet, Flunky, Mummy, and Poster Child for District 209.
He does not have his certificate to be supt., but he expects to run the district without the proper paperwork. Proviso Township went through this with Crawford. Why are we putting unqualified people over our children? Are the teachers, staff, and principals at Provisio unqualified? What type of message is Proviso sending to the students, staff, faculty, and community. Libka is a puppet for Welch, and it seems like he is emjoying it. The community needs to start a group to run LIBKA and Welch out of Proviso Township. It can be done, remember what happened to Crawford.
Carl, I know you are going through a lawsuit, but can you get something together?

To Yanez Hater, this must either be Don Sloan, Brian Cross or Chris Welch! To set the record straight, I am fully Licenced in Arizona and Puerto Rico. I have job offers with the VA, the Military and with the Federal Bureau of Prisons.I am currently studying for my speciality exam, that once passed I will then have an Illinois licence.I currently work as a consultant for the top Insurance company, and as a medical consultant, I review all worker's compenation claims in Illinois for them and give them suggestions on how to proceed with their claims.Prior to my postion , I was incharge of all the crisis workers as well as Intake department for Resurrection hospitals for their Mental health Inpatient and Outpatient departments , as well as the Substance abuse program. My expertise is way above all those Mental health officials and employees at Proviso Mental Health, who Sloan, Cross and others protect their jobs. I am the most qualified Proffesional in Proviso to sit on the board and run the health agency!!I would ask, all three of you to put your resume online and compare it with mine, to see who truely is most qualified!Also as an Hispanic I am appalled that no representation is on the Proviso Mental Health board, and that neither of you clowns care! So next time you cowards write something, put your name on it and show who you are!!

Carl, let's start a community organization and have a community summit that will address Welch, Moore, and Libka! Let me know what you think. I think it is a community group that started up to boot Libka out, but they are a fairly new group.

Carl,
The Proviso Mental Health Commission provides needed resources to mentally ill in the township. I understand you live in Forest Park which is a part of Proviso Township. Based on what I've read on this blog and in the Forest Park Review, you need to seriously consider seeking them out for help. You are mentally unstable, and you really should be ashamed of yourself for making a woman cry and feeling good about it. The only way to explain your feelings is that you must be mentally ill. Get help Carl before you hurt yourself, and worse, hurt some innocent person.

Proof: Welch acts like a woman going through PMS. He rants and raves when he does not get his way. He emotionally fires people when they do not do what he says. (Side comment)

Nyberg, you made Wallace cry? Nyberg you deserve like an award or prize. You are good. Good job. I am a first time blogger. I had no idea that you made The "Wicked Witch of the West" cry (get it, she is the principal at West) Can you make Welch cry too?
Wallace crying should have been videotaped and sent to funniest home videos. She was probably just faking it! I bet that was a hoot to see "Tough as Leather" Wallace cry. Can you do it again? Can you record it next time? Can you send everyone in District #209 a copy of the crying tantrum, especially the Security staff? Can you do it again and again and again and again.
I heard that Wallace and Welch were really the same person, like the rumnor Michael Jackson and Janet Jackson. Has anyone ever seen them in the same room? Maybe my source meant that they act alike. I don't know, but that is scary. Two Welchs! Double Trouble! Proviso West is up the creek!

Wait a minute, I thought Yanez was friends with Welch and his buddies. What has happened? Is this the War of the Roses? Yanez was friends with Manzo, became enemies with Manzo, then became friends with Welch, and is now bickering with Welch and Don "To the extreme Right Sloan." I am confused? I need clarification or is this Proviso politics at its worse?
Why is it so important to be on this Mental Health Board? Is it like being on the School Board, where you can get your family members and unqualified people to be over the out children? Can you steal from this position and give the money to your home boys? Is it a paid position?
I need more information about this Mental Health Board! Someone help me out!
