ED, why would Welch want a budget-buster contract [D209]

Here's a possibility for why Emanuel Christopher Welch would want to sign a budget-busting contract with the teachers union.

When it comes time to raise taxes, he'd prefer to have the teacher contract be a larger part of the problem than the PMSA. The teacher contract will absorb some of the political heat.

I've heard the Fourth Law of Thermodynamics as, "If the heat is on someone else, it's not on you."

And of course, Welch doesn't want any labor troubles while he's campaigning for state rep.

  • I'm sure Welch has considered many ways to dilute, deflect and otherwise distract the voters.

Turn them off even more to assure that the bloc that elected him can save the day by passing the referenda he by-passed to get the third school.

  • Typical Welch move, which he learned from Moore and Bruno and Serpico, spend all the taxpayers money, help your friends get rich, and try to get elected to continue harming your broke community even more. Proviso is a ghetto and the voters are to busy smoking crack, and stealing and they could care less about what these crooks and liars do!

  • It is obvious that Welch or someone in his camp posted names under Kelly, Flowers, and Marine. People please grow up. This is letting the people who read the blogger know how ignorant and stupid he and people from his camp really are. Real politicans and honest people don't have to act this way. Welch cut it out, and debate like a real man, without getting upset and resorting to name calling and threats of "I'll see you in court" It should be embarassing that "suing" is what you are known for, instead of your role as president of the school board. Focus on helping the students at district #209 versus playing immature games.

  • Has anyone on the board voted on the contract?

  • I have to get my user name together; the system kept rejecting my blogger name, anywho this is "Coming4YA" I will be around for a long time. I am the new super hero to save the students in Proviso Township. The following is a cartoon sketch I have in the makings. Let me know what you think.

Absolutely not! I am the only stooge that has to vote and my name is Bob "can't think for myself, because I am a moron" Libka.

Libka then says, "Wait a minute, what is the question?" .... "Can you repeat the question Mr. President Welch."
"Wait....I can't talk until Welch tells me to. I am controlled by him, he is my master...he tells me what do..."

Welch says, "Bark like a dog" Libka does, "Woof, Woof, Woof"... Welch says, "Now a big dog"... Libka does, "WOOOOOOF WOOOOOF WOOOOOOF"
Is that to your liking Mr. President Welch.
Welch says "No, you're fired; you won't hire this person that has beeen to jail four times and that is unable to read and write"

Libka says, " but please Boss I have done everything you have told be to do I can't hire a criminal,

Welch, says "But you have before what is stopping you now?"

Libka says " I think I have a conscience now, Boss, don't do it......PLEASE I WANT MY JOB"

    THE SAGA CONTINUES. Stay tuned.
