ED, why would Welch want a budget-buster contract [D209]
Here's a possibility for why Emanuel Christopher Welch would want to sign a budget-busting contract with the teachers union.
When it comes time to raise taxes, he'd prefer to have the teacher contract be a larger part of the problem than the PMSA. The teacher contract will absorb some of the political heat.
I've heard the Fourth Law of Thermodynamics as, "If the heat is on someone else, it's not on you."
And of course, Welch doesn't want any labor troubles while he's campaigning for state rep.

I'm sure Welch has considered many ways to dilute, deflect and otherwise distract the voters.
Turn them off even more to assure that the bloc that elected him can save the day by passing the referenda he by-passed to get the third school.

Typical Welch move, which he learned from Moore and Bruno and Serpico, spend all the taxpayers money, help your friends get rich, and try to get elected to continue harming your broke community even more. Proviso is a ghetto and the voters are to busy smoking crack, and stealing and they could care less about what these crooks and liars do!

I dont' know if you heard but Anthny Bruno is supporting Karen Yarbrough this go around and has in the past
Karen took $500 from Bruno in June and $250 from Bruno Last JUne

I have to get my user name together; the system kept rejecting my blogger name, anywho this is "Coming4YA" I will be around for a long time. I am the new super hero to save the students in Proviso Township. The following is a cartoon sketch I have in the makings. Let me know what you think.
