This is a view into sub-cultures. The Black Welfare subculture is clashing with a new Hispanic subculture. It is a fight for territory. They are so different from each other that a tolerance of each others presence is impossible. It is about "space."
Newark and New York should both be held liable for crimes by illegal aliens as Tancredo suggests. Next step in the "blame game" should be the White House.
Jesse Jackson blurted out once that someone was walking behind him in the inner city one night. Jackson decided to turn and confront the would-be assailant. He discovered to his immense relief that the person was actually white -- so, no problem. For Jackson, a moment of inadvertent lucidity - something totally lacking in our national race debate.
Since no one is supposed to admit the obvious, non-white America quietly retreats more and more to gated communities while the Politicians churns out their propaganda.

Anyway, before I was distracted by the disturbing, racially charged diatribe by the above poster, I was going to say that my coworker spent a few years working with this organization. They do excellent work.
