CBS rehashes Melrose Park little league story
CBS2 (Dave Savini) has a new story on Melrose Park's missing little league money. It doesn't seem like there are many new facts.
Earlier in the story:
The Cook County State's Attorney had the Little League case for years, but just two weeks ago passed it on to the Feds as part of a bigger investigation into other Melrose Park corruption. They wouldn't say why they waited so long. The office dropped the 1993 felony forgery case against Zito.
Earlier in the story:
The [Illinois AG's] office is also investigating past little league board president and brother of the mayor Terry Serpico. Zito has pointed the finger at him the past, he maintains his innocence and says he passed a polygraph.

Intersting development, now that Savini brought this story up,Al Sharpton along with Jesse Jackson plan to schedule a march and protest in Melrose Park in regard to police abuse and police corruption. What a bad time for Melrose!

This is about a individual who had her hands on alot of money and figuared no one would notice a few bucks missing....
Basically she was wrong, and anyone else who is named.
Its about time that certain people in this town are getting in trouble. Walking around like they and there family own this town.

Everyone knows it was Terry serpico and his brother BIG ron they were involved.hey ronny its all around you now. what will you do.first your dirty chief and all his suckholes that you put there.now the water project and this money your brother stole,ronny how can you walk around this town and be proud you are a disgrace. All of us residence know you are a thief and soon you will get to meet your new best friend Betty. The feds are closing in ronny,bet your sleeping well at night.
