The barber shop at Des Plaines and Madison had Moore & Welch signs for a few weeks. Today was the first day I noticed the Topinka sign.

The barber shop at Des Plaines and Madison had Moore & Welch signs for a few weeks. Today was the first day I noticed the Topinka sign.

The policy, for many years, has been all are welcome in the shop's window.
I commend Treasurer Topinka's worker who wasn't detered by the opposition party's getting there first.
