I posted about James T. Smith—Smith is running for the State Senate in the Democratic Primary against Kimberly Lightford—recounting a conversation with Alderman Ed Smith (no relation).
Alderman Smith advocated young Blacks joining the political organizations of existing Black politicians and waiting their turn.

Under what circumstances does the Black community stay unified politically? What causes the Black community to divide politically?

Our community is plagued by pimps,thieves,crack heads,preatchers and prostitutes! Our so called leaders are a reflection of ourselves and our preatchers pretend to be holy faces!
We must realize that we can't govern ourselves, because we become like those aweful African countries where civil wars are killing one group versus another group!
In Proviso it appeared everyone was working together until Moore and Welch decided that they alone,should govern and that know one else could!Welch and Moore committed the atrocities of ruining people's lives and livelyhoods for there poltical gains,and for the White man's benifiet!
They have turned 209,88,89, and Maywood in to the worst places to go to school and live in all of Cook County, and to there chagrin, they believe they are doing a good job!Moore and Welch are now trying to destroy Karen Yarbrourgh and any other black official who even dares think about running for poltical positions!WElch and Moore are the plantation police and are being told what to do by there Masters,Jim Peralli and Danny Coglinise and Paul Asparza!
For us Blacks to gain power we must revolut against the "House Niggers"("Samba"Welch and Moore), and we must destroy there army of dave" I want the Insurance " Irleand and Sol:"Corrupt policeman from Maywood" Smith, and finally kick there masters out of Proviso!

Drop the race card Tyrone. You are talking about bad people who happen to be black. There are plenty of whites who stand by your sentiment. We need to work as one community.
