What does it cost Carl? and what would the $$ be used for? Are you collecting $$ for your defense against Chris "I'll sue you" Welsh?

I'm still working the idea in my head, but I'd like to have a number of sources of funding so I can stay independent.
Also, I'd like to make enough that I can justify the time I'm putting into the project. Ideally, I'd like to spend enough time to do some independent journalism.
