According to the Melrose Park Herald it serves a number of communities.

I truely believe that Memorial Park District is being run by corrupt individuals, who are prtecting each other because they all have there hands in the cookie jar! Mary Herrell and her boyfriens,Police chief Sam Sei, were out of control doing the past Township election. She thought she was the anoited Proviso Township Supervisor and he was the prince who would have all the powers! They arrested individuals in Bellwood to show them they were the bosses and masters! On election day, Herrell and her boytoy were doubled crossed, and lost the election!Now everyone wants a piece of them! They lost the court case, and it was found out that Sei was inpersanating a police officer for many years, and he still has a job! Both Sei and Herrell need to be fired and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law! Mayor Pasquale needs to also be sued and prosecuted as well for his implict involvement with those two individuals and his ordering of these gestapo tatics!
