Day 15
It’s been fifteen days since Chris Welch filed his lawsuit against me and he still hasn’t caused it to be served. According the Forest Park Review (Seth Stern), he intends to proceed.
At this point if Welch says something self-serving, I automatically assume it’s untrue until confirmed by a reliable source.
(Advice to James J. Roche: Wait until the ARDC makes a ruling on my complaint against Welch. I doubt you want your other attorneys to put useful hours into Welch’s whine, err, lawsuit.)
Use this thread to suggest stories to be investigated.
Welch declined to comment on the past suit, but said he intends to fully press forward with the suit against Nyberg, and will bring further suits if necessary.

Based on your advice I did track down Mike Manzo and we had an enjoyable conversation.
Chris, I'm gonna enjoy seeing you and your cronies go down.
BTW, I've rebutted your response to my ARDC complaint, so you should be getting the results soon.
I can't imagine it helped your case to lie to the ARDC official.

anon, I deleted your letter to D209 board member Kelly.
If you provide me with the documents you referenced, I will do a post on the individual you made allegations against.
Without the documents I felt uncomfortable allowing the post to stand.
I will attempt to make the time to research the allegations myself.

Who cares what Chris Welch does or says or thinks? The guy is a flat nobody! He is about corruption and cronyism, and he could care less about 209 or anyone else but his little self! He built the Magnet to help Bruno and Moore and himself make money, nothing else! He tries to sue anyone who is a threat to him, because he knows they are telling the truth! He blames everyone else for the problems at Proviso,first Manzo , now he'll try to blame greg Jackson for the aweful financial mess Proviso is in since he has controled the board for Moore,Serpico and Bruno! He is afraid to run against anyone, and he fears Flowers and Bryant , who will slap him silly and if he gets loud! He is a coward, and a petty thief, who will have testify for his corruption case in the near future! I believe he will sing like"Caruso"' but he will be going to a jail soon!He is the reason, white flight occurs in neighborhoods! I wonder, can he sue the warden at the jail he will reside in soon?

Welch can't sleep well , and he has nightmares of losing control of 209! His ghost is Mike Manzo, who has always beaten him! Manzo was loved by all the employees and teachers and administrators at 209! Manzo created the Magnet school idea and was starting to build it, but Mr. Welch always opposed, saying it was not needed and that 15 million was to much! After he took over, Welch got 40 million and built it for Moore and Bruno! Now Welch can't get rid of Manzo, he knows Manzo is clean and liked and that he can't be like him, so Welch has started to drink heavily, and now is hanging out with Calderone and Gillian!Welch is getting so desperate that he meets regularly now with Danny Coglinise, for advice!
