analysis of the dan hynes vs. pat quinn match up.
i think quinn is vulnerable, but i have mixed feelings as to whether or not hynes can beat him.
if lisa madigan had run for governor, i wonder if he would have slammed her for being a kid of a politican, or owing her political career to her dad? quinn is using the political royalty claim against hynes. it's working, but it is intellectually dishonest. at least richard m. daley and lisa madigan and dan lipinksi and todd stroger and george w. bush really knows how pat quinn feels about them too now, and for these years: he hates them for coming from politically connected families.
