KLEPT, more Melrose Park cops receive subpeonas [MP]
Eight Melrose Park police officers received subpoenas on Monday with an unknown number also receiving subpoenas on either Friday or Tuesday. The instructions emphasized to the police officers that lying to the grand jury is a felony.
It is believed the subpoenas were in connection to the ongoing investigation of Vito Scavo's security company. Scavo is the Melrose Park chief of police.
Speculation holds that the U.S. Attorney's office is trying to clean house in Melrose Park. The prosecutors don't want corrupt officials replaced with a new generation of corrupt officials. They want to thoroughly reform local government in Melrose Park.

Anybody know what shift the different officers are working?
Also, any officers (like Lt.), or are we just talking patrol offiers.
This one isn't over by a long shot.

Hey why dont you keep your nose on your own face and worry about your job. I bet your not even from Melrose Park and if you are you definitely weren't born there. You know how i know this? IF YOU WERE A MELROSE PARKER YOU WOULDNT HAVE TO ASK A MESSAGE BOARD ABOUT THE MELROSE PARK POLICE DEPARTMENT YOU WOULD KNOW.

Carl, there are many points to this story that have links to my life's experience with a family that I was part of for more than 26 years. Frankly, you may find what this turns out to be most unbelieveable. Even though it's very shocking, it is far larger than what it appears to be.
Someone posted on another article a series of questions targetting possibilities for other interesting connections that suggests something even larger may exist. Believe me from what I know, this poster is on the right track and I'll write more another time...
You may want to think about adding a field for collecting the email address of those who post (which isn't displayed along with their post).
