The question is wher will 209 and Sloan support? Will Melrose support him, and the biggest question is what will Yarbourgh do? Madigan wants changes in Proviso, and Brian Cross will jump ship soon, because he is the brains of Moore's organization!

Tom Robbins and and Sloan will decide who wins in the committeeman race because they can bring in 2,500 votes out of Westchester and bring in LaGrange Park and Brookfield!

I will strongly support the best candidate which means they have to have a chance to win and they have to care at least a little bit about issues, about a Denocratic Party that needs to refind it's soul not just on international and national issues but right here in Proviso Township. Someone wants to step up to the plate for a race where Gene has done everything humanly posible to alienate any Democrat who has any sense of a social conscience. I hate patronage in all of it's myriad facets but I also hate to see a party without a soul even more. So come on, someone NOT totally identified with just a better way of dispensing patronage in our kids schools or our own villages, step up to the plate. You do not have to be perfect, but you do need to care about the party as one that wants to run governmental bodies efficiently and humanely.

Chris Welch should run against Moore. Welch needs to go somewhere and staying at 209 will only hurt his chances of moving to any higher office! Also I heard Mr. Moore will be running for Cook County Board President if Stroger drops out! Moore will decide Oct.25 at Stroger's last big fundraiser of this year. Moore should do the right thing and step down from committeeman and let that young and smart Attorney ,Mr. Welch get the posytion so , CW could build for his future! CW needs to get out of Moore's shadow and build his own identity, and prove once and for all that he,not Moore, can make his own decisions!

Gene Moore for Prez of the County Board?
That's a hoot!
Why don't you check Gene Moore's D-2s so you'll know how much money Moore has to run?
I do agree that Emanuel Welch is a far more capable individual than Gene Moore. But Welch's ambition and chutzpah will result in his downfall.

The black community is in tatters! Yarbourgh is useless and Moore is totally useless! No strong voice from the black community is heard! Carles Flowers could possibly beat him, but the true powers in Maywood and Bellwood are the preachers who are happy with Moore, because they can continue ripping of their own communities!

Are you serious Chris Welch has a fan club? Are they employees of Proviso Township High School? Were the yon the agenda this month or last month, maybe next month? Gene Moore for County President... come on! Don't you need to know how to read for that job? People please Daley is not going to let Moore be county president. That is an April Fools Joke in September.
